Dr. Sabrina K. Bailey is a visionary educator, accomplished military veteran, and founder of the School of Standards Inc. (Rise of the Phoenix) in Kennesaw, Georgia. Her life's work is dedicated to empowering individuals through education, spiritual growth, and personal development.

Dr. Bailey began her educational journey in the Charleston County Public School system in South Carolina, graduating from St. Johns High School. A gifted athlete and Junior Olympian, she earned a track scholarship to South Carolina State University. Her commitment to discipline and excellence then led her to enlist in the United States Army, where she served as an Aircraft Electrician.

Dr. Bailey’s commitment to service led her to enlist in the United States Army as an Aircraft Electrician. Her military career demonstrated her discipline and determination, as she balanced her duties with her pursuit of higher education. She earned two Associate’s Degrees—one in Accounting and the other in Business Administration—from South University in Savannah, Georgia. She later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Trident University International in Cypress, California.

In addition to her secular education, Dr. Bailey pursued theological studies, earning a Bachelor of Religious Arts in Biblical Studies and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida. Her academic achievements are complemented by her certification as a teacher and facilitator for Jacksonville Theological Seminary.

As the founder of the School of Standards Inc., Dr. Bailey has created a platform that bridges educational and spiritual growth, equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge to thrive in all areas of life. Her innovative programs focus on developing spiritual gifts and practical talents, inspiring people to unlock their potential and fulfill their purpose. 

Her dedication and leadership extend to her roles as a Facilitator and Certified Teacher for Jacksonville Theological Seminary. She also serves faithfully at Wholistic Life Ministries in various capacities, including as the Director of Education, Music, and Audio & Visual Ministries, as well as the PUSH Ministry Leader. Her passion for education, combined with her military discipline and spiritual calling, makes her a transformative leader who inspires others to pursue excellence in every aspect of their lives.

Dr. John "Jay" Jones is a passionate educator, financial expert, and retired United States Air Force veteran whose career is defined by a commitment to excellence and service. A native of Houston, Texas, Dr. Jones has combined his diverse experiences to impact lives through education and leadership.

 

Dr. Jones served 20 distinguished years in the United States Air Force, where he gained invaluable experience in critical incident management and team leadership. As a member of the Air Force’s Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Team, he provided essential support during national disasters. His military career instilled in him the discipline and drive that continue to define his professional and academic achievements.

 

While serving in the Air Force, Dr. Jones pursued his educational aspirations, earning an Associate’s Degree in Psychology and Social Services from the Community College of the Air Force in Montgomery, Alabama. He furthered his education by obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska, and a Master of Public Administration from Valdosta State University in Georgia. Dr. Jones crowned his academic journey with a Doctorate from Jacksonville Theological Seminary/Revelation Message Bible College.

 

Dr. John "Jay" Jones serves as an esteemed instructor for the School of Standards, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his distinguished career in education, finance, and military service. At the School of Standards, Dr. Jones integrates his expertise in finance, leadership, and personal development to prepare students for success in their personal, spiritual, and professional lives. He is also a Professor of Finance at Chattahoochee Technical College, where he empowers students with practical financial knowledge and strategies for success. His expertise extends to his role as a Financial Literacy Coach for the Construction Education Foundation of America (CEFGA), where he equips individuals with tools to navigate the financial landscape confidently.

 

As a dedicated educator, Dr. Jones is committed to equipping students with the tools and skills necessary to excel both academically and professionally. His ability to connect with learners of all backgrounds reflects his passion for teaching and his mission to inspire others to reach their highest potential.

 

In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Dr. Jones is a published author, having written A Change from Change Money Tips, and a national talk show host on the Kingdom Business Communications Network, where he shares financial wisdom as "Your Financial Ambassador."

Dr. Hezkialena Tina Jones is an accomplished educator, business entrepreneur, and community leader whose career exemplifies a passion for empowering others through education, entrepreneurship, and ministry. A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Dr. Jones has dedicated over 20 years to serving her community in Kennesaw, Georgia, where she continues to inspire lives with her visionary leadership.

Dr. Jones has an impressive academic foundation, beginning with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Radiologic Technology from the University of Oklahoma. She expanded her expertise by earning double master’s degrees in 2004: a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina. She achieved her Doctorate in Christian Business from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in 2022, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to lifelong learning and integrating faith into business principles.

 

Professionally, Dr. Jones excelled for over 20 years in Outpatient Radiology Management, where she combined her technical expertise with innovative leadership to improve healthcare operations. In 2010, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Tina’s Touch Interior Design LLC, a thriving interior design business that reflects her creativity and attention to detail. Her ability to blend business acumen with creative vision has made her a successful and respected entrepreneur.

Beyond her business endeavors, Dr. Jones has devoted over 40 years to ministry and education. She has served faithfully in roles such as Youth Ministry Director, Sunday School Teacher, Bible Study Facilitator, and Chairperson for the Minister Wives and Deaconess Ministries. In 2012, alongside her husband, Pastor Dr. John "Jay" Jones, she co-founded Wholistic Life Ministries. Together, they lead a ministry dedicated to holistic service—addressing the mind, body, soul, and spirit—while teaching Biblical financial principles across the nation.
